About Me

I’ve been providing one-on-one assisted stretch services since 2022. My journey began at StretchLab, where I trained and worked for three years before branching out on my own. Working independently has given me the freedom to focus not only on passive stretching, but also on incorporating active and dynamic movements that enhance mobility and overall well-being.

I have a deep passion for movement and mobility because I believe it can truly change lives. Helping people feel more freedom and ease in their bodies is at the heart of what I do. In addition to stretch therapy, I’ve taught Bikram Yoga and hold certifications in Teaching Yoga to Seniors, CPR, and First Aid. Looking ahead, I hope to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy to continue expanding my ability to support others on their wellness journey.

I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of clients at all stages of life, but I find the most fulfillment in working with adults aged 50 and up. I love helping this group improve their quality of life and mobility, and I deeply value the wisdom and life experiences they bring to each session.
