What to Expect
All sessions are one-on-one and customized to meet each client’s individual needs. Clients relax comfortably on a treatment table or padded floor mat while I gently guide their body through a series of assisted stretches. Every movement is carefully adapted to ensure comfort, safety, and maximum benefit.
This restorative practice is designed to release tension, increase flexibility, and support healthy circulation. Over time, sessions become more personalized, addressing each body’s unique patterns and needs to enhance ease of movement and overall well-being. Many clients find these sessions to be a vital part of their fitness and recovery routine, typically scheduling one to three sessions per week.
As progress is made, we may incorporate guided active and dynamic stretching techniques to further support mobility and help correct muscle imbalances.
This practice is safe and accessible for all ages and fitness levels. Every body is different—with its own strengths, sensitivities, and limitations—and I take great care to honor those differences. If there are any medical concerns or conditions, I always welcome questions, and I recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning your first session.
